We are normal women, just like you, that love to travel and as such, are  committed to doing just that while taking the guess work out for you. Like most women out there with travel dreams – we were also faced with questions that frankly, most men don’t have to deal with. When traveling alone – or with a female friend – there are considerations that are just a reality. What regions and areas are safe for us to travel to? What factors do we need to take into account? What about traveling to regions where you don’t speak the language? What’s the style like – how do we dress? And of course, where can we stay while on a budget without having to resort to a college-like hostel?

Travel doesn’t have to be expensive or reserved for the elite.  It also doesn’t have to mean backpacking while sleeping under a tarp in the middle of nowhere. You don’t need to have unlimited vacation time, speak a ton of other languages or travel in large groups either. We know that traveling can be intimidating but it doesn’t have to be. Travel opens up your world, allows you to have new experiences and so much more. It’s something we believe everyone has the right to enjoy!

If you want to travel but don’t know where to start – this blog is for you. As we began to scratch our ‘travel itch’ we started to uncover tips, tricks and strategies for getting around, finding deals and more to ease our own worries about traveling abroad as well as yours!
